Terms

What Sattvika offers

Sattvika LLC offers education and guidance rooted in Ayurveda and the Vedic sciences: private consultations, group programs such as The Second Fire, and digital programs such as Lakeside Alchemy: A Day at Home. Each is described on its own page, and the details there (dates, format, price) are part of these terms.

Digital programs

When you purchase a digital program, you receive access to the recordings and materials through our learning portal, yours to return to whenever you need. Access is for your personal use. Please don't share, resell, or distribute the recordings. The work is offered in trust.

Refunds

Lakeside Alchemy: A Day at Home. If the program isn't right for you, write to us within 14 days of purchase and we'll return your payment in full.

Consultations and group programs. Refund and rescheduling terms are given on the program's own page or in your enrollment agreement, and those terms apply.

Payments

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is handled securely by our payment processor; we never see or store your card information.

Disclaimer

A note on the work

Everything offered by Sattvika is educational. It is a practice of remembering and transformation, not therapy or medical care. Eve Kruger is an Ayurvedic Practitioner and Vedic Counselor, not a physician, and nothing here diagnoses, treats, or replaces professional medical or mental health support.

Please keep your own physicians and care providers in the conversation, especially before changing medication, diet, or treatment. Reach out to a qualified professional for anything that needs one, and if you are in crisis, contact local emergency services. By taking part, you accept responsibility for your own experience.

Results

Every person's body and life are their own. What one person experiences in a program is not a promise of what another will.

Privacy

What we hold

When you register, purchase, book, or write to us, we keep what's needed to serve you and stay in touch: your name, your email, your phone number if you give it, and your order or booking details. Information you share in an assessment, application, or consultation is held in confidence.

How we use it

We use your details to deliver what you've asked for, send what relates to it, and reach you if you write to us. From time to time we may share something new from Sattvika by email or text; you can step away from those messages at any time, and doing so never affects your access.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information, and we don't hand it to anyone who doesn't help us run Sattvika (such as our scheduling, learning, email, and payment platforms). Those partners hold your details only to do their part.

Your choices

You're welcome to ask what we hold, to correct it, or to have it removed. Write to us at [email protected] and we'll tend to it.
