A self-paced digital course
Lakeside
Alchemy
A structured remembering of who you were before the world taught you otherwise.
Take the dayThe invitation
You came in carrying a tone that was your own — a frequency that knew you were worthy, that you belonged, that your presence was a gift.
Then came the slow forgetting. The polite voice you learned to use instead of your real one. The dimming you did to keep the peace. The roles that multiplied — partner, parent, provider, professional — until the original you went quiet beneath them.
Lakeside Alchemy is a structured remembering of that original self. This is the self-paced version of the work — a single six-hour day held in your own time, drawing on Vedic and Tantric methods, with recorded teachings, guided practices, and written reflections that walk you through five passages.
It is meant to be taken as one quiet day given to yourself. Not a course you fit in around the rest of your life — a day you take from it. Somewhere quiet, and if at all possible, somewhere with a little wildness in it. A lake. A river. A clearing in the woods. A garden. A porch that opens to the sky. The teachings hold their full weight when the elements they speak of — water, fire, breath, body — are not just metaphors on a screen, but actually present around you.
It is not a course where you will be instructed in something new. It is a remembering — a path that uses the rhythm of water and light to dissolve what was never yours to carry, and to call forward what has always been.
The arc of the day
Five passages,
six quiet hours
Establishing the Witness
We begin in stillness. Pranayama and meditation to root you in sakshi bhava — the steady, unmoving presence at your center. Before any work of release begins, you rest in what is already whole.
The Inquiry
Drawing from the six classical means of knowledge in Vedic philosophy, you examine the beliefs that have shaped your story — I am not worthy. I do not belong. My presence is a burden. Not as therapy. As epistemology. What was the original evidence? What was actually happening, versus the story a child constructed in order to survive it?
Fire Work
A small ceremony of release, held in your own home with a single candle or quiet fire. You offer what is ready to be released — not as performance, but as honest composting. Water receives the ashes, however water finds you that day.
Embodied Integration
The beliefs we examined live in the body. Drawing on Tantric methods of embodiment, you meet the physical patterns of making yourself small, holding back, bracing — through gentle movement, breath, and somatic awareness. The body is where transformation actually lands.
Visioning from Wholeness
The course closes with a single question: what wants to emerge from the one who is already worthy, who already belongs, who already is the gift? Not affirmation. Direct knowing. From this place, you speak the next chapter of your life.

yours to keep
-
iSix hours of recorded teachings guided by Eve, structured around the five passages and built to be returned to as many times as the threshold returns to you.
-
iiGuided practices for each passage — pranayama, meditation, somatic exercises, and a simple ritual sequence designed to be done with what you already have, indoors or out.
-
iiiA written companion with journal prompts and structured reflections that walk you through the inquiry without making it more complicated than it needs to be.
-
ivLifetime access through Practice Better. The course is yours to hold, return to, and walk through again at any threshold of life that asks for it.
-
vOne day, taken as a whole. The course is designed to be received in a single six-hour day given to yourself — the act of taking the day is part of the work. You may stretch it across more than one sitting if your life truly does not allow otherwise.
